氣動定量灌裝機(jī)

氣動定量灌裝機(jī)是我廠自行研制開發(fā)的設(shè)備，刺激體積小，投入低，適合滋裝各種腸類、火腿類產(chǎn)品，適用于中、小型肉制品加工企業(yè)。該機(jī)采用計算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，設(shè)計合理。外形美觀，小巧玲瓏，與肉食接觸部分及外包裝全部采用不銹鋼制造。操作簡單，易于清洗。定量準(zhǔn)確，誤差不超過±3g�？膳c各種自動打卡機(jī)聯(lián)機(jī)，實現(xiàn)自動生產(chǎn)。

 

The machine is developed independently with small volume and low price. It is suitable for various sausage and ham. It is applicable for medium and small-scale producers.

 

1.      The machine is designed with adoption of CAD,which offers a compact structure and reasonable design :The dosing error is within ±3g.

2.      The parts contacting with meat and the outside structure are made of tainless steel.

3.      Working with clipping machine,it realizes the automatlc production line.

4.      Easy to operate and clean.
